All ALB-Framing vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Please note that no change is given where the voucher value exceeds that of the product or service being paid for.
When you purchase a gift voucher, this is covered by a 14-day cancellation period. Beyond that, gift vouchers are non-refundable. In the event a voucher is lost, stolen, or destroyed, ALB-Framing is unable to provide an exchange or refund.
